Pricing
All registration fees are subject to applicable Swiss VAT, which will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Swiss tax regulations.

Visa Requirements
Do I Need a Visa?
Switzerland is part of the Schengen Area. Depending on your citizenship, you may need a Schengen Visa (Type C) to attend the conference.
Check your requirements: Use the official Swiss Visa Check Tool to determine if you need a visa.
For Attendees Who Do Need a Visa
Visa Type: Short-stay Schengen Visa (Type C) – Business/Conference.
When to Apply: Applications can be submitted 6 months before travel but no later than 15 days prior.
Where to Apply: Direct them to swiss-visa.ch (the official online portal) or their local Swiss representation (Embassy/Consulate/VFS Global).
Required Documents:
Passport (valid for at least 3 months after departure from Switzerland).
Proof of health insurance (minimum coverage €30,000).
Conference Invitation Letter (See “Invitation Letter” below).
Proof of accommodation and financial means.
Visa-Exempt Attendees
Entry/Exit System (EES): By June 2026, the EU's new automated border system (EES) should be operational. This replaces physical passport stamping.
Note to attendees: Be prepared for digital fingerprinting and facial scanning upon arrival at the Schengen border.
ETIAS (Important Clarification): The "European Travel Information and Authorisation System" (similar to US ESTA) is currently scheduled to launch in late 2026.

Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring a registrant to cancel their plans to attend. Registration fees paid will be refunded, less a $75 USD administrative fee, provided written notice of cancellation is received on or before Friday, May 29, 2026. Please note that no retroactive adjustments, including the application of discount codes or other promotional offers, will be made to confirmed registrations.
